A few useful tips on using the site.

We have tried to make this site as accessible and easy to use as possible. Below is some information about how to use the site. Please feel free to contact us if you have a question which is not answered below. Don't forget that most programs allowing you to access the web (browsers such as Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or Opera) have controls which let you change the text size on your screen. Changing the size of the window on your screen will also affect how you see the site. Please contact us if you have any requirements which you think we have not catered for.

How do I download PDF documents?

You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to view PDFs. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded free of charge via the web from Adobe. With Acrobat reader properly installed, you should be able to click on the link to the PDF document and let your browser do the work.

Something doesn't look right, who should I tell?

Use the feedback page to give as much information as you can about the problem, including what program (or browser) you are using to access the world wide web, the version of the program and what platform it is running on (Windows95, Windows2000, MacOS, Linux, etc.).
